PRINCIPAL VETERINARY SURGEON:

Dr June Tan graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 with a degree in Veterinary medicine and surgery. She then moved on to intern at a Small Animal Hospital in Sydney before returning to Singapore, where she practiced at an established veterinary clinic in the East. Dr June Tan has performed numerous routine and elective soft tissue surgeries on both domestic and small mammals. She has also previously lectured at Temasek Polytechnic, teaching students enrolled in Diploma of Veterinary Technology.

Her special interests include Veterinary Dermatology and Surgery. She has also completed the University of Sydney Post Graduate Foundation CVE Veterinary Dermatology Course and has also participated in the continuing professional development course on rabbits and rodents by the Royal Veterinary College, University of London.


VETERINARY SURGEON:

Dr Alex Ong

Dr Alex Ong graduated from Murdoch University in 2013 with his degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery. He then returned to Singapore to complete his national service where he served at the Military Working Dog Unit as their full-time veterinarian. He has also worked in a few other practices, treating companion pets,  birds and other exotics animals before joining Frankel Veterinary Centre.  His special interests include internal medicine and Traditional Veterinary Chinese medicine. He is also a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist from Chi Institute. In his leisure time, he enjoys running, reading and bringing his dog Bolt out for walks.
